Rates:

Our diagnostic rates vary from vehicle to vehicle depending on the cause of the issue and the time it takes to figure out the issue at hand. Our starting price for diagnostics is $90.00 an hour.That $90.00 is more than an hour of the lead technician’s (Mark) time devoted to that one particular vehicle. The $90.00 is a diagnostic fee and does not go towards the repair. The technician determines whether a full charge of $90.00 dollars needs to be applied. The main contribution factor to price is the amount of time required to diagnose. There are cases where the diagnostic fee becomes lower due to the ease of the necessary diagnostic and time that has been applied to the vehicle.
